Marketing Director
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Director who is a specialist in Lead Generation, understands the pressures of a high growth early stage ASX listed company and can hit the ground running. REFFIND (ASX:RFN) is seeking to appoint an experienced, innovative and commercially savvy Marketing Director to generate and provide qualified leads for the Sales team. You wont find a more unique, creative opportunity this year.
REFFIND is a mobile employee engagement app for smartphones targeted for use by medium-large corporations to facilitate more efficient communication with their employees.

Responsibilities
- A motivated self-starter who has a strong understanding of B2B marketing, particularly lead generation.
- Maintain and grow an ongoing flow of qualified leads to the Business Development team.
- Develop strategies and execute campaigns designed to grow our market share in target segments.
- Work with industry partners and develop strategic relationships to co-produce content and generate leads.
- Identify and generate thought leadership educational content
Requirements
It is required for you to have:
- 6+ years experience in an equivalent role
- B2B sales marketing experience, specifically lead generation and field marketing
- Strong understanding of SAAS business model
- Creative thinking for campaigns and Analytical approach to data measurement
- Excellent written communication skills,
- Experience marketing to HR teams nice to have
- Must be able to work in Sydney, Australia
