REFFIND has a targeted strategic focus on Cloud-based SaaS solutions for enterprises, their employees, customers and other supply chain stakeholders. These solutions have a mobile commerce focus.
Currently the company has two product offerings in the Talent Acquisition and Human Resource space. The REFFIND App is a mobile platform which helps businesses to recruit, engage and communicate with their employees. WooBoard is a peer-to-peer recognition platform which encourages employees to acknowledge and celebrate great work by their colleagues.
REFFIND is looking to grow its portfolio of products through acquisitions based on market data, and will target opportunities in the fast growth ASEAN / APAC regions. This includes synergistic SaaS products, as well as Blockchain based business process applications (BaaS).

Chief Executive Officer
Tim brings 20 years of senior executive and corporate leadership experience to REFFIND with a focus on banking and commercial finance in the UK and Australia with GE Capital, HSBC and Lloyds Bank followed by hands on experience building web and blockchain based solutions in Australia and key international markets.
Tim is also a director of film and digital media based blockchain platform Veredictum which he helped establish using the immutable providence properties of blockchain to help solve the $20bn film piracy problem by enabling video content producers to protect their copyright and to track derivatives of their content as they are uploaded to the major video platforms such as Facebook and twitter.
Tim is a published author on corporate finance, a regular International speaker, writer and trainer on the strategic applications of blockchain, culminating in him writing Down the Rabbit Hole, a blockchain book designed to simplify the gamechanging proposition presented by blockchain in plain English. He has an MA in Economics from Essex University and an MBA from Brighton Business School, UK.
Group Product Manager
Frank comes from a diverse background. His first career in fitness coaching spanned 10 years, where he worked with National and Olympic level athletes as well as owning and operating a boutique personal training studio. Seeking a change, he decided to pursue his interest in technology.
Frank started his tech career in sales and tech support at Connect2Field, a SaaS company helping fieldworkers coordinate jobs via a mobile app. He went on to recruit and lead a support team as well as assisting with product management and helping to coordinate their offshore development team. In the evenings he studied web development. After the company was acquired by Fleetmatics he did a stint running his own freelance web development business.
Frank joined REFFIND in 2015 as the company's first employee. Having worked across many parts of the business, Frank has extensive technical and commercial knowledge of the company’s suite of platforms. From mid to late 2017 he served as the Company's CEO, but is now back to what he loves doing most as Group Product Manager.
Marc is a Software Developer at REFFIND. Prior to joining REFFIND, Marc earned a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Science from the University of Technology Sydney. Aside from being a code monkey at work, he spends the rest of his time reading novels, watching anime, going to the movies, playing video games and learning new programming languages. Marc loves good food, the spicier the better.
Senior Software Developer
Gary has over 35 years of hands-on development and mangerial experience across a range of platforms and industries. He started in sales with the Apple II and IBM PC in the late 70's but quickly found his passion for creating and delivering user-centric software solutions for business needs.
Gary's career has covered senior roles in the Australian Bureau of Statistics in Canberra, the Queensland Premiers Department, ABN AMRO Morgans and various sideline projects with a number of startups.
His most recent permanent role with Cash Converters International in Perth allowed him to expand his management skills to cover System Security and management of their PMO (Project Management Office).
Joining REFFIND is allowing Gary to get back to his passion for grass roots software development and bring a rich set of resources and skills to help push the product portfolio forward.
When not writing code, Gary continues to learn the Japanese language, performs as a musician in various Japanese nightclubs (when he visits on holidays) and has recently reignited a hobby in model trains.
David brings 26 years of management experience in enterprise and mobile technology, executive search and talent management with a proven track record in development and commercialization of new technologies and revenue generation.
David is a founding Director of S2P Project Professionals IT Services and the founder and CEO of FundX, a marketplace invoice financing platform that is embracing big data and predictive algorithms developed with KPMG Australia to provide risk-based funding to SMEs where bank finance is unavailable or expensive.
David is a principal investor in a wide range of compelling and early stage blockchain and mobile technology businesses in Australia, Asia and the USA, and has over 20 years’ experience founding and mentoring successful start-ups across Australia and the United States.
David’s passion for supporting innovation in Australia and beyond has led him to become the founder of Australia’s inaugural Crypto-currency Meetup, Crypto Sydney, an active member of fintech incubator, Stone & Chalk, and tech accelerator, BlueChilli. He sits on the board of angel group Sydney Angels Inc., is a mentor at Sydney University’s accelerator program, incubate.org.au, and retains a position as a non-executive director at S2M Digital after previously acting as its CEO. Prior to this, David was managing director of Global Job Network Pty Limited, and founding member of Parker Bridge Financial Recruitment.

Anthony has over 20 years of corporate advisory and investment experience in Australia, the US, Hong Kong and mainland China.
Beginning his corporate finance career with ABN AMRO, Anthony has extensive experience in transaction and portfolio analysis and risk management for both debt and equity structured investments. He has advised numerous ASX-listed and private entities in a wide range of sectors including mobile technology, technical & engineering services, resources, finance and agriculture sectors.
Anthony has a well-established private and public capital network in Australia, Hong Kong and mainland China. He is active in China outbound and inbound investment with Australian businesses.
Anthony is an executive director and Chief Investment Officer for high conviction investment company Chapmans Limited (ASX:CHP), non-executive Chairman for breakthrough clean tech waste company Syn Dynamics Australia Pty Ltd, non-executive director for digital media specialist 20FOUR Media Holdings Pty Ltd, medicinal cannabis investment company MJ Life Sciences Pty Ltd and junior explorer Capital Mining Limited (ASX:CMY).
He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
Timothy (Tim) Shaw has distinguished academic credentials in science, psychology, investment and ethics.
He is a member by invitation of numerous academic honour societies and lectures in Ethics at the University of Sydney where he is a Ph.D. Candidate.
He currently serves on the board of directors of a number of private family office based companies.
