Jamie Pride

Managing Director & Co-founder

Jamie has over 20 years experience in senior leadership positions with international technology and digital media organisations.

In 2013 he co-founded Digital4ge – a leading Australian technology foundry, with a view to reshaping how technology startups are founded, funded and managed.

Jamie sold his technology startup, Velteo, to New York based System Integrator Bluewolf in 2012.

Most recently Jamie was a Partner at Deloitte, where he led the Deloitte Digital practice in Sydney.

Jamie led realestate.com.au, and has held senior leadership positions with salesforce.com, Red Hat, Veritas & Cisco Systems.

Damien Singh

Finance Director

Damien was appointed Finance Director of REFFIND in August 2015 and is responsible for all financial and accounting activities within the business.

Originally from the UK, Damien is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

With over 10 years professional experience, Damien was most recently a Senior Manager of the Sydney Audit division of PKF leading internal and external audits for public interest entities including ASX listed companies and Authorised Deposit-Taking Institutions.

Having also previously held a frontline supervisor position at the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority, Damien has built up a strong understanding of robust internal control environments and complex risk management frameworks.

Robert Love

Chief Technology Officer

Robert has over 18 years of technology, software and innovation experience and is responsible for the overall leadership of product development and the company’s global technology infrastructure.

Most recently, Robert was CTO of Innovation & Digital Ventures for PwC Australia, where he was instrumental in building the fledgling division and identifying high quality, disruptive digital opportunities for the PwC partnership.

Robert was General Manager of Product & Engineering at Australia’s preeminent startup incubator Pollenizer, where he played a pivotal role in the development of the company’s ‘Startup Science’ innovation framework, working with many household names to inject positive elements of startup culture into corporate DNA.

Nick Hillier

Vice President APAC

Nick has over 15 years working in leading International and Australian technology firms. His roles included Senior Sales Leadership and General Management positions in Australia and the Asia Pacific.

Most recently Nick worked as the Sales Director for Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the Server and Business Critical Systems business unit.

Nick Gascoigne

Director of Product & Experience

Nick is passionate about creating digital products that offer value to customers, brands and businesses.

He has worked on end-to-end user experiences for Rip Curl’s Search GPS sports platform, Commonwealth Bank’s Digital Channels and McDonald’s Create Your Taste.

His ability to research and document detailed UX strategies and confidently communicate and evaluate proposed designs with a range of stakeholders has consistently produced award winning and effective work.

Stacey Beer

Marketing Director

A dynamic, driven and results-oriented marketing professional, Stacey’s career spans 20 years across the ICT industry.

As the Marketing Director, Stacey views her role as pivotal in helping our clients to create amazing employee experiences through innovative, engaging and effective communications.

Most recently, Stacey led the marketing team at UXC Connect, Australia’s largest locally owned ICT services company. Stacey has also held a variety of senior marketing, sales and strategy roles at SingTel Optus, Lucent Technologies and Telstra.

Andrew McCallum

Lead Developer, Infrastructure & Security Engineer

Andrew has over 12 years experience in turning great ideas into great products. In 2013 he joined Digital4ge – a leading Australian technology foundry, as CTO.

Most recently Andrew was the Technical Director at Now Communications Group where he offered his unique approach to problem solving and a deep technical understanding to enhance and build solutions.

Andrew was IT Manager for Cabcharge Australia and created Australia’s first mobile taxi booking application.

Craig Stanford

Lead iOS Developer

With 14 years experience developing software, Craig has spent the last 5 years focused on creating apps. With projects ranging from large scale media offerings down to small independent educational products, he has a passion for building beautiful experiences that are intuitive and functional.

Most recently Craig co-founded Clipp, the Bar Tab App. He designed and built the iOS App.

Craig believes it’s about taking pride in adding delight to the everyday.

Andrew Dittmer

Android Developer

Andrew has 8 years software development experience. Being interested in mobile, he shifted from making desktop applications to mobile apps and enjoys working with startups. He has been an Android developer at Invoice2go, Love Agency, Evertouch and Terrapages.

Andrew is passionate about Android and likes to put the extra effort into making an app stand out above the rest.

Kevin Nguyen

Senior Developer

Kevin has over 10 years full-stack web application development experience and is an expert in languages such as Ruby, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL.

Most recently, Kevin was Lead Developer of Innovation & Digital Ventures for PwC Australia, where his considered approach to technology and architecture, his adherence to web standards and the latest coding practices such as agile, iterative and Test-Driven Development (TDD) enabled his team to deliver digital products of high quality within very short timeframes.

Marshall Sutton

Junior Developer

Marshall is a dedicated web developer with a passion for both front-end and back-end programming. With 2 years experience working as a full-stack web developer using technologies such as PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, he is an enthusiastic developer with a keen focus on programming and user experience.

Most recently, Marshall helped design, build and maintain web applications for a successful development agency in North Sydney working with a wide range of clients.

Colin Wong

Business Developer

Colin has significant experience in the HR technology space which he gained during his time as CEO of WooBoard – a cloud-based peer recognition platform that uses gamification and social features to drive employee engagement in companies.

Taking a hands-on approach, Colin spoke to hundreds of HR industry participants to map the platform’s development and successfully scale growth in both local and international markets. He has had the privilege of working closely with leading companies to modernise their engagement and recognition programs, including at MetLife, PwC, Ernst & Young, Unisuper, Carat Media and SunGard MarketMap.

Prior to WooBoard, Colin earned a combined Commerce / Law degree (hons) from the University of New South Wales and practised as a solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons, a top 10 global firm. Specialising in Banking & Finance Law, Colin successfully led and worked on some of Australia’s most significant transactions.

Lauren Kennedy

Customer Success

Lauren Kennedy is a Customer Success Manager, ensuring overall client satisfaction and product adaptation.

Over the past five years, Lauren has had a strong focus on customer fulfilment working as Analyst and Marketing Coordinator for CBRE Capital Markets most recently. Within this role, Lauren worked closely with institutional and private client groups ensuring smooth campaign management.

Prior to this she worked as a Client Services Manager at McGrath Estate Agents. Lauren studied a Bachelor of Business with APM Business College, majoring in Marketing.

Sam Hannaway

Customer Success

Sam is a passionate talent solutions expert with a love of all things tech and marketing.

He has significant experience across a range of areas including volume recruitment, end-to-end candidate experience, employee engagement, and digital marketing campaigns.

Sam specialises in scoping talent problems and designing the best solutions that leverage the latest technology and marketing strategy.

Frank Liardet

Customer Support

After a 10 year career in Coaching/Personal Training including owning his own studio business, Frank decided to pursue his growing interest in technology. He found a position at Connect2Field, a Sydney startup in the job management space.

Moving quickly from Sales to Support, he was soon heading up the Support Team, whilst also studying web development in the evenings. After Connect2Field was acquired by Fleetmatics, Frank resigned to finish his web qualifications and do some freelancing. Missing the fast moving world of startups, he is now back working in Customer Support for REFFIND.

Peter Clare

Chairman

Peter is a highly experienced senior executive with a career in banking spanning 20 years.

Whilst his last role was as Chief Executive Officer and country head for Westpac in New Zealand, Peter has held Group Executive roles at Westpac and St.George Banks with responsibility for Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, Product, Operations, Technology, Property and Procurement. Whilst at Commonwealth Bank he led the Colonial Bank acquisition Merger Integration Team reporting to the CEO.

His background also includes Insolvency Accounting and Management Consulting. Peter’s qualifications include a BCom and MBA.

Geoff Morgan

Non-Executive Director

Geoff Morgan co-founded Morgan & Banks Pty Ltd in early 1985, and grew the company to become the dominant recruitment force in Australia and Asia. The company went public in 1995 and sales grew to over $700 million, before it was acquired by TMP/Monster.com in 1999, a US listed company on the NASDAQ.

In 2003, he co-founded Talent 2, ultimately listing it on the ASX.

In 2012, Talent2 was privatised by its founders, Geoff Morgan and Andrew Banks, through Morgan & Banks Investments (MBI) in partnership with Allegis Group, Inc. Allegis Group, a private company founded in 1983, is a staffing and workforce management company based in Maryland, USA..

In 2004, Geoff was the recipient of the “Ernst & Young Master Entrepreneur of the Year Award” given for sustained success in business.

Ben McGrath

Non-Executive Director & Co-Founder

Ben has 16 years experience making useful digital solutions user friendly. Ben believes the core to any great digital product is centered on the user experience. Great user experience coupled with quality unique content leads to product adoption.

In 2013 he co-founded Digital4ge – where he leads its customer experience and design efforts.

Ben founded Freshweb – a digital agency specialising in banking, telco and government. He sold that business in 2012 to Now Communications Group.

Ben has built digital solutions for some of the world’s largest companies including; VMware, Symantec, Telstra, Vodafone, GSK, Pfizer and Singtel Optus.
